the real question is, MS already have profit from x360 compare to high price component on ps3 , + profit from add-on , profit from xbox live, they can if they want , to cut xbox 360 > 50 USD. and they have this for almost 4 years, where PS3 sell at a lost. That's why the removing linux. removing ps2 chips etc, when MS adding more function to their Mainboard
so the questions is, it is almost means nothing if ps3 sell at 200K / week, if it don't give sony profit, when their 1st party game sales not too good , plus they don't have xbox live like services.
