Here you go, you can see the datalogger in action here from GT5's tech demo.
Notice how it re-creates the hand movements and even picks up on the steering correction through the corner. Pretty neat feature and id love to see the Stig using this feature on Top Gear so we can download his ghost to try beat him in GT5.
