Yeah true but some games arent like that. When BFBC got the trophy patch i loaded up the game and got like 10 trophies from the online i played previously before trophies

Warhawk was like that but those trophies were tied to PSN ID..
But true, there can be problems with older games were trophies were added afterwards.

There should not be problem with new games if developers did a proper implementation...
