It'll be on the back of your TV.
I'm well short of 200Hz myself.
Note most TVs have a PAL and NTSC Hz rating (well the US ones will only display the NTSC rating I imagine). Older LCD/Plasma TVs will have 50/60Hz (PAL/NTSC) on the back, year old ones will say 100/120Hz, newer ones will have 200/240Hz or more.
