I'm sorry but nothing is definite until the game is released, it will be a struggle for GT5 to hit 10 million with such a lower userbase.  

MW2 will make it look silly in sales that much is a fact so not sure why you said it would outsell it.

GT5 will outsell MW2 on 360 and PS3 but not combined

Not sure if it will out sell MW2 on 360, that is the biggest shooter of 2009 released on the console with the most shooter fans.  Will be interesting to see where MW2 is by that point and how long it takes GT5 to pass it, if it can.
