Your right, that part is really important. This type of article proves how easy it is to transform a good comment to a negative one when taking words out of context. He was actually saying that we will find a bigger and better online experience than in most games because they builded it from scratch and specifically for their game. They had to do so because Sony as oppose to Microsoft does not take care of how the online will works in each game nor what they should put into it.
