You don't need to have a published game on 360 to know that. He's a developer with a lot of resources, and even though he is first party, i'm sure they know 360 features perfectly and have the system studied, if nothing else, to learn what the competition does and how they do it. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a 360 devkit there as well, it's not an uncommon thing to do, judging from my experience at studios.

so Naughty Dogs and Guerilla Games statement about Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2 beine possible only on PS3 is true as well?
Naughty Dog said it all boils down to the developer himself.
Guerrilla Games just said Blu Ray is a huge benefit to their development.
they also said its only possible on PS3. And i think sucker punch said it too about inFamous, im not sure
Guerrilla Games said that, yes, because of disc space.
Naughty Dog reiterated it depends on the developer.
Yep. I still believe it depends on developer, you don't really need BR for anything, if you don't have it you will adapt because you must. Being dvd hasn't stopped PC games from being awesome, so I don't understand how it would stop the 360 out of anything.
It's a dev thing. KZ2 as was done is only possible on PS3 because it was custom made for it, you could do KZ2 on 360 with a different approach and a differently built engine. Likewise, what Halo Reach is trying to do (Battlefield: Halo) the KZ2 engine can't do, because that's not what it was made for.
