Bastards, stop pushing my Zelda and Last Guardian back to 2011! They'll make it.

In all seriousness, I think the same-generation sequels have an uphill battle, in particular SMG2, Bioshock 2, Mass Effect 2, Halo... We've already got an awesome installment from them, so they've already lost most of the "wow" factor, I think.
If I had to pick the most likely candidates (or the most-winning candidates), it'd be:
Starcraft II
The Last Guardian
Zelda Wii
God of War 3
