THAT would be awesome... but I don't think that's what the article says.

 

it says that if we have a gps and the directions we drive in gets recorded and if we come back to the place where we started that completes the track.

Then we can put the recorded stuff from the memory card into the PS3 and it will recreate a track and create a ghost car that we can watch or compete against.
