PC has the most complex games, graphics power can be decided at player's taste, storage expandability has no other limit than the current tech and it has the widest choice for input devices, making it hardly beatable in some genres like racers and flight sims, and obviously in all the games best played with mouse and keyboard, although PS3 is clever enough to offer standard HDD and standard USB ports, allowing a wider and less expensive, for a given level of quality and features, choice of input peripherals than most other consoles, at least in theory, I don't know how much in reality, although I know that a lot of PC wheels are PS3 compatible too and I saw also some Wii compatible ones.
Anyway, PC, with exceptions for some genres, like JRPG's and platformers and all the new genres invented for Wii.
