Hell yes.  I'm definitely going to do a complete run-through of ME1 again immediately before I pick up 2, and possibly before subsequent playthroughs as well...

I'm actually thinking of replaying ME1 after I do ME2, to see how it affects the overall story of ME2 when I pick different options. I'm going to try to kill Wrex, doing the Renegade ending and so on xD
