Microsoft I'd say was decent. It was great in the sense that after sending in my red ringed 360 I had it back in a week and it works fine....but the bad part of the service was the phone call. I got some Indian woman on the phone and I couldn't understand a damn thing she said which made the whole process take a lot longer when I had to say pardon after each thing she said. Now I know pretty much every company has foreign people on the phones so I can't say its just MS, but boy was this annoying.

Why can't an American company get American people to do the talking. If you think I'm being racist then fuck you; try having a conversation over the phone with an Indian woman who you can't understand.
