If (when?) EA goes bankrupt, they're going to need to be totally eviscerated, as part of their problem is that, even after dissolving quite a few studios, they are still way too bloated. Nintendo might be interested in picking up an eviscerated chunk or two (like BioWare or Visceral), but not the whole thing. Let them go bankrupt first, and have to sort out the mess themselves.
