I guess I'm one of the few that thinks the PS3 will do very well in Japan. PS2 made a lot of friends last generation so I think those people will give the PS3 the benefit of the doubt that the PS3 will have a long life in Japan. I also think most Japanese people are believers in Blu-ray. The real question is how profitable is the PS3 for Sony with all these price cuts.
