Was devlpig Valkyra Chonicles 2 on the PSP a mistake?

I have a psp but would loved to have it for ps3 or xbox360. Most likley part 3 will be Multi plat. Still buying it for my ps3 seeming I have part one on it already. Can't mess up my collection:)
