Do you mean stall as in urinal? Or stall as in toliet? Cause will enclosed toliets I dont see a problem but it is a must rule for the urinals.
Everything else I absolutely agree with, although the Bros before hoes thing should be upgraded to an absolute on the nookie thing, possible chances are enough for me.
