I don't see 360 falling dramatically in the next few weeks but I don't think Mass Effect 2 is going to give much of a bump since it's the second game in the series on the system. Most likely the vast majority of people buying ME2 already own ME1 especially with the way the stories of the game interconnect based on your actions in the first game.
