I use it for basically everything, gaming, word processing, dvd burning, watching tv/movies, and browsing the net. Usually at least two of those at a time.

Oh and i was hoping to keep using my antec 550 watt power supply, hard drives, optical drives, and case from my current computer.

There's absolutely no need for the extra 2 GB RAM. What resolution do you run at? If it's 1080p or higher, than take that extra $50 and invest it in a better graphics card. I'd suggest this Radeon 4870, unless you want to pay an extra $30ish for a 4890. Otherwise, looks like you've got a good build going there.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
