Seriously, I think that's just a matter on how responsible people is, I mean, in real life we use potentially dangerous objects and "bad things"(burns, scars, amputated limbs... murder) happen when you don't use those objects in a proper way. With NATAL you must be a tad more careful and that's it, in my opinion.

well, when the microwave came out, they thought people would be smart enough to not put live animals in it. They were wrong.

There are rumours that some people use microwaves without being hurt and for normal purposes. I don't know... it may be true.
