I guess you guys have already played both, if not, this is followed by a spoiler.
I liked better DF but not for the reasons mentioned by BHR-3.
I did like it better because the game had a huge wtf moment in the submarine base. It was all about the plot. It was very Indiana Jones alike.
The atmosphere down there could rivalize with RE or Dead Space. What the fuck, I really thought hey, this is how I want a new RE to be. The best thing is they didn't push it. It was just some levels, at the end, as a gift to spice the things up a bit.
