Hisiru said: My opinion: Nintendo is doing an excellent marketing. -HD consoles are presented as the most powerful consoles. -Wii is presented as the most unique, fun and easy to use. I am not saying the Wii will provide you more fun but that's how I see things on TV. |
My comment was focused on the games themselves (from videoclips of play, not advertising). When I saw Super Mario Bros. for the Wii, and saw multiplayers with it, it looked like fun (the reality is a different animal, which is actually frustration). Boxing looked like fun to (but didn't work as well, unlike the sword fighting). What I saw looks like fun to do. Maybe the likes of Natal will also tap into that. But, if it does, then Microsoft is onto something.
It did drive me to get into it, but now the Wii sits unplayed for the most part, except for occassions when I have more casual players about. And I am fine with this.
