As long as you can activate witchtime, pretty much every combination of kick and punch leads to a combo, I beat normal mode pushing random kicks and punch buttons...

The very fact of having to activate Witch Time means it's not a button masher, because there's at least that much to learning how to play.

And okay, yes, dodging will activate Witch Time against Grace and Glory, but you have to dodge in specific directions for every hit in any of their given combos. Using the Moon is a lot easier, but again, that does not make the game a button masher
