Nintendo has me saying, "That looks like fun". Anyone else?

I understand your point but I think his point is more that they obviously LOOK like fun.  You, being a gamer, can probably look at a clip of Halo X etc. and knowing what you know decide that it's probably going to be fun for you, but the average person maybe not. 

With something like Mario Kart with the wheel, even people who don't play games can look at that, figure out what's going on and think it could be 'fun'.

Yeah, I agree that Wii games look like fun. When we bust it out at parties and someone else is playing, I actually get the "man, I wish I was playing right now" vibe. Which hasn't happened since the snes days for me.
