This list is off, Scandinavian countries should have been at the top.
Leisure and Culture is a silly thing to use to compare with quanitative data like cost of living, and its entirely subjective. Italy ranked high because of opera, but I'm sure many people could care less about that.
The United States does not have a score of 100 in infrastructure, our highway system is deteriorating and our rail system is laughable.
