How is cost of living worked out? 33 for UK for example is a bit odd (or is is basically explained as 'how expensive everything is').

And 66 for Climate? How is that measured?

EDIT: Found it:

"Climate (10%). When deciding on a score for each country’s climate, we look at its average annual rainfall and average temperature…and consider its risk for natural disasters."

... so we have a fair amount of rain and we get 66. That's the only reason I can see.
