Can you connect online with your ps3? If so then you shouldn't have any problems with the 360. I've had my 360 online(plugged into my router) for the longest time with no problems. When I bought my ps3 recently, I just plugged it in to the same router and it connected with no problems.

Not so, I have a few friends who can connect with PS3 but not 360, it's usually something to do with Wifi type, I spent a whole Saturday trying to get my mates 360 to work, in the end we had to go out and get him a new router that boradcast a different type of signal because the 360 could just not pick it up.

Perhaps you should have tried buying the NEW wifi adapter, its supposed to be much better.
