for a game to be generic it has the be the same old thing, a bsaic repeat of whats alreay been here, It has to purpose Nothing new in every element of it's gameplay. A generic game is NOT however a GAME you DON'T LIKE -ROLLS EYES-I've been in fourms for awlie now and while I'm new here i'm starting to see the same as in all other forums, a bunch of miss informed people calling game they don't like generic.
On of the most frequent, most it's generic game I've seen labeled almost everywher is killzone 2. That game was in NOOOOO shape or form generic.
Name one console fps that played like killzone 2.
Name one fps that had killzone 2's atmosphere.
name one console fps that had warzone.
name one console fps with the class and clan structure of killzone 2.
the fact is the more generic killzone would have been the better it would have done. the FACT is that the game being non generic is exactly why most people didn't like it. The fact is becasue killzone introduced a wehole new way of playing fps (weaher you liked it or not). Another fps falling under this is MAG another non generic, "but it's totally generic because i don't like it" fps.
what other non- generic, but misinformed people who sucked at it so they called it generic games do you know of.
I think it's time people understood the meaning of words before they use them. ok guys, lets just say I didn't like it rather then wanting to sound smart so you say it's generic.
