For big games like this, it pays to have them as an exclusive, or else, all of the Halo's , MAGs, etc would be multiplat.

yeah, basically because Sony and MS respectively have decided that these titles are worth the expense of keeping them exclusive.  Otherwise, MS wouldn't have any problem w/ letting Sony bid for multiplat.         

This doesn't refute anything that i've said, at all.  It still boils down to a business decision, of what will bring the most $$$$$$$ to Sony and MS.

That makes no sense at all.  Seriously it doesn't fit with your argument at all.  If you don't understand that i'm done with the conversation.
