Sometimes I believe it's more style then substance sometimes. The manga is picking again but as soon as it hits a pivotal point, it just tumbles down. I was so excited Ryohei was actually fighting with the Strongest (Considered at the time) funeral wreath, but after a chapter he gave up. I believe some characters isn't seeing as much characters as others .e.g. Chrome, Ryohei and Lambo
I believe it's due to the one sided popularity where the majority are voted by fucking fangirls due to their aesthetic appeal.
I believe Hibari is a one-dimensional character with no exact motive for staying with the Vongola, hasn't exhibited any human emotions such as fear, doubt or regret. Only spouting these words all the "Don't mock namimori" or "I'll bite you to death". This badass thing he tries to pull off isn't working for him.
