Not really. The One Piece anime has been SO SLOW lately. I mean, I disliked the first half of the Impel Down arc in the manga (though the second half was AWESOME) but its pretty horrible in the anime. All Luffy if doing is running around. Also, the part where Boa meant Ace only lasted for a few pages in the manga yet they made it last damn near close to a whole episode in the anime. Talk about dragging things out.
Also, I don't really understand what you mean when you said "I only wish that cover reflected how awesome Reborn could be". Could you rephrase that as well?
