Godfather:Blackhand Edition is an under-appreciated title I don't see mentioned here. One of the first third-party Wii games to really nail the potential of Wii controls.
Also, WarioWare is the king of Wii party gaming, after Wii Sports. Pass WarioWare up for Mario Party 8 and you're cheating both yourself, and your friends.
