comparing with mario kart is not realistic. mario kart didn't sell that well because it's a kart game. it sold that well because of mario and the wii install base.
modnation may have a lot more features, but it doesn't have mario nor does it have the wii install base. it won't get anywhere near 3 million. 2 million max.
