Mr. Walton says he intends to do it before Thursday...

But if you apply the usual scalar for the Americas data you get the following figures for the USA market over the five weeks ending January 2, 2010:

Wii - 3.02m

DS - 2.90m

X360 - 1.37m

PS3 - 1.15m

PSP - 0.61m

PS2 - 0.37m

NR  Wii Sports - Wii

1)  NSMB Wii - Wii

2)  Wii Sports Resort - Wii

3)  Wii Fit Plus - Wii

4)  Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - X360

5)  Left 4 Dead 2 - X360

6) Assassin's Creed 2 - X360

7) Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - PS3

8) Mario & Sonic at the Winter Olympics - Wii

9) Mario Kart Wii - Wii

10) Lego Batman: The Video Game - X360

Scaling for the USA, there are over 150 games that sold over 100,000 units this month.

That seems pretty low for the 360 and the ps3.

In november, for 4 weeks, we have 810k 360 and 710k PS3 (NPD numbers)

202k per week for the 360, for 5 weeks we have 1.010K

177k per week for the PS3, for 5 week we have 890k.

Only 300k and 215k boost for december is not that high.
