your post had to many responses and I wanted to make sure you read this.... assuming you do! anyway,
#1 - the Wii made Nintendo their money, so it doesnt matter if it slows down anymore.
#2 - the Best Buy, etc thing, deals with shovelware. meaning crap, boomblox will continue to be in stock and boomblox is as casual as it gets
#3 - your opinion on saving the princess is yours alone, and doesnt differ much from saving the world, or avenging a loved one,
#4 - games are about enjoyment, and the Wii has some pretty good games on the way
#5 - even if the games are from 1st party, it's still a damn game and that's all that matters. 1st party, 3rd party, 2nd. it doesn't matter, what matters is the game
#6 - even if the Wii loses drastic momentum, it's still a very long shot that it ends up in 2nd and definitely not 3rd
#7 - Wii Fit has sold over 20 million,
#8 - Wii Fit has sold over 20 million
#9 - Wii Fit has sold.............. do I make my point, or do you need me to explain
#10 - if you don't understand my response to your Wii Fit comment, then you should avoid writing threads like that
#11 - the Wiimote may be a fad but, it did give birth to Natal, and whatever Sony is coming up with
look dude, I agree that the Wii paved the way for the worst perversion of video games ever, and yes it is gimmicky, but there is no doom anywhere near the horizon. don't forget that Nintendo has been making a profit since the beginning. Nintendo doesn't have to put much effort into the Wii to make money ( which is the whole point ). The Wii isnt going anywhere any time soon, and unlike the 360 and PS3 it already justified a new console for the company
ok i've written too much and i'm tired, i'll finish this tomorrow
