Nice!
Two things elevated my experience with KZ2 over any other console FPS I've played when it comes to the actual gunplay: the controls and the AI. The firefights I felt were actually entertaining and varied, such as in FEAR and in a lesser degree Halo, whereas for example COD' ones always felt like a monotonous, over-scripted chore.

Yeah, the AI definitely made the singleplayer more exciting than most.  I just wish they had kept in an offline multiplayer mode so you could make better use of the bots like in the first.  Even only online, the multiplayer is excellent, and I've logged more hours into that than any shooter since Source.  It's a great experience all around, between the classes, the objective based game modes, and the dynamic, seamless rounds.

2009 was one hell of a year for shooters.  Killzone 2 and Left4Dead 2 are my two favorite FPSes this gen, the former for the versus multiplayer and the latter for the excellent coop.  Plus I can download a plethora of great custom campaigns for L4D2 straight through Steam.

the ai was a looot better then the first ones multiplayer. ISA would get unlimited secondary ammo so they all spammed the grenade launcher.

Left 4 Dead 2 and Killzone 2 are my favorites this gen as well as far as FPS. Crysis actuall has some "decent" ai with a few flaws. The fact that they shoot where you think you based where they last saw you and the fact that if they see you when cloaking they use a scattergun to find you is something you don't see often.

Whenever I finally upgradee my rig, I hope to give Crysis a run.  I've heard good things about the AI from you and others.
