Best overlooked games (all consoles)

As we approach the holiday season, we're all likely to be shopping for people and buying games (maybe for ourselves too).  I'm curious as to what everyone thinks are the under-appreciated but excellent games for 360/Wii/PS3 that might otherwise go over looked.
