Most of the previous recommendations you got, plus:
IF you get a Wii Balance board (by buying Wii Fit Plus...), Shaun White Snowboarding is great fun, you feel the wind going through your hair... (or maybe the new version though I haven't played it yet, supposed to be a slight improvment, its biggest fault being apparently that it hasn't improved enough on the previous game)
Link's Crossbow Training - for $30 or less you get a zapper (which can be used in some games like the Call of Duty games on the Wii) + a neat crossbow game (set in world in the style of Twilight Princess)
Rabbids Go Home (if you enjoy non stop crazy humor)
Almost forgot - Deadly Creatures (if you can find it - you alernately play as a tarantula or a scorpion, brrr.... the main criticism about the game was its length, but at bargain price it's definitely worth it)
