Well of course Wii Sports will. Halo 3 will never be able to get where it is right now. But I guess not fair to state packins.
I would say that Wii Play is a very strong possibility. It's doing it now and selling more than it on a weekly basis worldwide so yea.
Um GTA IV, if both versions were combined then I'd say yes, but I don't think just one version would be able to do it. I find it hard to believe that the most dominant exclusive on 360, H3, could be outsold by a non exclusive franchise, despite it being GTA.
Other possibilities include though:
GT5
FFXIII
Wii Fit
Mario Kart Wii
SSBB
SMG
That's about all I see really having a chance.
