it's dwarves kicking some dragon's ass!
it's like Heroes of Might and Magic without a kingdom management. you move your hero around buying troops and fighting. there are plenty of quests to do besides the main story and, at least in The Legend, they are quite funny. you can even marry a frog, a zombie or a bearded dwarf! you can hire humans, animals (fairies, werewolves, plants, spiders, snakes, griffins, etc), undead (skeletons, vampires, etc), dwarven creatures (dwarves, giants), elves (archers, werewolf elves), demons (hellhounds, demonesses, etc). your hero works like most RPG games, with levels, skills and an inventory.
