I wont put a link, but I saw on tv that you cant enter Facebook, youtube and something more I cant remember, but you can get in the internet and easily unlock this sites and most people that use internet know about them.

HongKong is under special administration, internet isn't censored.

And stop spreading lies about China, of course there's internet in China. They just blocked some unfriendly foreign websites.
