Anyone believe or hope Microsoft will leave the videogame business?

to everyone on the MS not taking VG seriously,

1st- this is a business and all 3 are in it for Money
2nd- give them a break, 2nd system they manage to do a great job vs the competitor that had 90% of the market the last round.
3rd- they said they are in it for the long run.

The "saying", you live and learn. They have made some foolish moves this Gen, yes we know it but huge corporate companies aren't like your friends that will keep making the same mistakes. I don't believe the xbox1 had such a big failure rate, but they made a system that obviously can be done right. Ok so they aren't the that popular in Japan, big surprise but they did do hell a lot better than the last time. So maybe 3rd time they might be selling 15 to 20k a week with better HW. I would expect the 3rd system to answer this failure rate issue and it has been a nail on their forehead. If the 360 had equal failure rate as the ps3 and free gold live account, what would be the hate then?

I wouldn't want them to leave, maybe try and match PSN and so gamers win regardless. Have gold and platinum accounts. ( gold being free but allow co-op/multiplay online) platinum gives you access to all the twit,facebook etc stuff)

truly to want a competitor out of the game would only hurt us, we need them in the game as each one would need to up the stake each time, if not gaming wouldn't advance as it has.
