What was an essentially 360 exclusive developed title was ported late it it's development cycle to PS3.
Clearly it's not going to be as good. My personal take would be to evaluate the PS3 version as though the 360 didn't exist and decide if I like the game and it plays okay for me - if it does then I'll buy it. If not then I won't.
I don't see any bad guy here, just arguably some poor management of the title - i.e. they should probably have decided whether to stay exclusive or port earlier and allocated more time and resource. SEGA should also have called in Sony earlier as they would for sure have provided extra tech support to aid the port.
This is also nothing about 360/PS3 as consoles or their respective tech - it's about code quality and the difference you'll see when code is designed and optimized better for one tech stack vs another.
It's clearly not the ideal situation, but there's no changing the facts.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
