Sony has said before that they are developing high-capacity discs for corporate archival purposes, such as providing a backup for database logs or whatever. Just try to look at some other possibilities before assuming that Sony is going to shelve BD with its plans on putting games on what sounds like a $100 disc. Massive overkill is way too expensive lol
