The thing is losing weight and changing a lifestyle isnt easy and if Wii fit manages to give people a fix to their extra insulation dilema then I will raise my hat high, but I cant see it happening. Some people will probably be able to lose weight using Wii Fit, but I think that after a few months it will have a repuatation as a bit of a gimmick. I guess an equally possible outcome is that it sells like some people are predicting but most copies end up in the cupboard stacked under the excercise bike, thats probably most likley actually!

I get your point and I agree the Wii does have huge scope for price cuts and a great catalogue for sure. For me it depends on if China and India gets onboard, if they do the numbers could go through the roof as some are predicting, but as it is, I cant see the Wii catching the PS2. Im sure Sony would love to release the PS2 & its back catalogue to deveoping countries, talk about easy & instant profit. I really hope the Wii does outsell the PS2, im not a Sony fan, I just cant see it yet. I need another year to be sure and 12 months from now the answer will be clear & obvious.
