Hey guys thanks for your answers. i figured it was just being overblown guess i'll be buying it after all :D

They aren't actually really overblown, the problems are pretty big ones (frame rate plus menu loading times) but the fact it's such a good game overlooks those pretty big annoyances.

Anyone that has a 360 and a PS3 should without a doubt get the 360 version, there's no reason not to get the 360 version if you have the option.  You can't even bring Live into the argument because there's no multiplayer.  This isn't one of those simple preference questions because one is very much better than the other.

Things like FFXIII you can argue all day which one to get because they're both essentially the same except for minor differences that come down to taste.  In a game like Bayonetta's case, the 360 version is just better.  It's not a taste thing, nobody likes to wait 6 seconds to get into a menu and bad framerate.

But that said, again, Bayonetta for the PS3 is still an excellent game that I would even recommend people who don't like that type of game try.  I hate games like Devil May Cry and God of War but I'm enjoying the shit out of Bayonetta.
