How do you deal with people who act like a fanboy? Don't call them names but be respectful and try to get your perspectives on the same page. Failing that you always have the option of not responding. There are some battles you cannot win and you should make love not war.
Don't call someone a fanboy, kiss your wife/girlfriend instead!
