Piracy hasn't stunted 358/2d in the west, and DS piracy is even more ubiquitous than PSP piracy. Hell, GBA piracy was probably worst of all, and CoM sold amazingly here.
Crisis Core and Dissidia both did well in America (not as well as they would have on PS2/Wii, but good sales none the less), I tend to think BBS will too. I bet it hits a million lifetime at least in the US.
