They do see that. You can take a note about that when there will be even more games like this on wii. Don't know why you are so happy about this. :/

Why wouldn't we be happy? Diversity is good for gaming.

  Only good thing about "diversity" is that shovelware brings money to developers. If the money goes for more games like this which I think will happen... it is not a good thing.

Diversity's good for any industry, and it's vital for videogames if we're ever going to grow out of the current limited demographics.  Look what happened to comicbooks if you want to see what happens to an industry that stagnates with it's same dwindling audience.

If not for DS/Wii, the industry today would be looking at pre-crash levels of decline.
