PS3 smoothing beyond that of high-end PC graphics card

AFAIK PS3 was supposed to have TWO cell processors in the beginning and then they switched to a traditional CPU/GPU situation. The GPU on xbox260 is a little bit better because of its ability to do 2x AA for free.
