They forgot to fully bugtest the newest Zelda game

Haha all games have bugs. Kinda just hope that most are far and in between or so random you never cross them. Or with the case of every Tony Hawk game I've played, that they add to the awesomeness of it (wasn't a wall I couldn't get through in those Tony Hawk games haha).
